Artist Info

Alex Kryve

Alex Kryve is a musician and singer whose life has been shaped by stages, travel and unexpected turns. Born in Kyiv, he followed a musical path that led him from performing as a rock guitarist to creating his own musical stories as a solo artist.

Today, his songs often feel like short cinematic narratives about love, hope, loss and the people who remain in our hearts. The lyrics are written by his sister, songwriter Oksana Kalinkina /Karina Songs/. Every song begins with a feeling: she finds the words, and Alex gives them a voice.

As Alex often says, his true biography is not hidden in dates and facts, but in his songs.

This World Without Love

"This World Without Love" is an emotional pop-rock ballad about passion, loss, and the struggle to move on after a love that changed everything. The song explores the feeling of living in a world without love, where memories remain stronger than reason.

My Little Swallow

"My Little Swallow" is probably the most honest song I’ve ever written. It’s about love that doesn’t care about time ("time is like sand"), and about the one person who keeps the music alive in my heart when everything else goes silent.

Don’t Disappear

"Don’t Disappear" is a story about a love that burns too bright to survive. Two hearts collide, ignite, and fall apart, leaving only ash behind. It’s about passion that takes over, the fear of losing someone you can’t let go of, and that desperate moment when all you can say is: don’t disappear. A raw, emotional track blending intensity, vulnerability, and fire.

Without You, It’s Easier

"Without You, It’s Easier" explores the moment when letting go becomes a daily act of self-convincing. Built around a haunting refrain that sounds more like a question than a statement, the song captures the tension between freedom and longing, strength and vulnerability. Honest, intimate, and deeply human, it tells the story of someone learning to breathe again while still carrying the echo of a lost love.

Girls In Summer Dresses

“Girls In Summer Dresses” is a bright and playful summer pop song filled with warm city nights, flirting, cocktails, parties and carefree emotions. Inspired by the feeling of walking through crowded summer streets where girls move like butterflies in light dresses, the song captures youthful attraction, случайные прикосновения, stolen glances and the atmosphere of endless summer evenings full of freedom, beauty and romance.

Over and over

"Over and over" Built around a powerful plea for reconciliation, this emotional pop-rock ballad explores the fragile space between separation and a second chance. Filled with longing, vulnerability, and unwavering devotion, the song tells the story of someone ready to forgive everything rather than watch love disappear. A moving portrait of hope surviving in the middle of heartbreak.

If You Stay

“If You Stay” is a tender song about learning to live after unreturned love, while still carrying someone inside. The narrator seems fine on the outside, but feels empty within, meeting her only in dreams. He asks for just “one more breath” of her presence — a quiet moment that would keep him from falling apart

Forever in my heart

"Foreve in my heart" is an emotional dark pop-rock anthem about the kind of love that never truly ends. Through raw vocals, soaring guitars, and cinematic production, the song follows someone trapped between memory and reality, searching for a way to live without the person who became their entire world. A heartfelt journey through devotion, heartbreak, and the echoes of a love that remains forever.

You’re Somewhere

"You’re Somewhere" is an emotional ballad about a love that never truly fades. It tells the story of someone searching through memories, cities, and years for a person who still lives in their heart. With cinematic lyrics, heartfelt vocals, and a timeless melody, the song explores longing, loss, and the hope that true feelings can survive any distance. A deeply personal journey through love, memory, and unanswered questions.

Dragonfly

“Dragonfly” was born from a feeling of love that lingers between dream and reality. We built the song around soft morning imagery, silence, and the sense of missing someone whose presence still feels alive. The dragonfly became the central symbol of that fragile illusion. We plan to support the release with visual teasers, cinematic content, and social media promotion for both versions of the song.

Before You Told Me

"Before You Told Me" tells the story of a goodbye that arrived long before the words were spoken. Blending fragile verses with an emotionally charged chorus, the song explores the loneliness of recognizing the end of a relationship while still hoping to be wrong. Honest, cinematic, and deeply human, it captures the quiet devastation of losing someone before they actually leave.
